Reception and car park
On arrival, you will find a parking space reserved for people with reduced mobility right in front of reception.
The reception area is accessible at ground level, and all our reception desks are positioned at a height that allows wheelchair users to be served comfortably.

A specially adapted mobile home: Le Galet
For holidaymakers with reduced mobility, we offer accommodation specifically designed to make getting about easier and to promote independence: the Le Galet mobile home.
This 30.5 m² mobile home has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The property is wheelchair-accessible. In particular, it features a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a shower seat and a grab rail, as well as an adapted toilet with ample space for use and a grab rail.
As with all our accommodation, our team always accompanies our guests to their mobile home upon arrival. We take the time to show you around your accommodation and its facilities, and to answer any initial questions you may have, so that your stay gets off to the best possible start.
Toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility
Our communal toilet facilities are equipped with facilities suitable for people with reduced mobility.
In particular, a specially adapted shower for people with reduced mobility is available. To ensure that those who need it can use it, the shower is accessed using a key, which is provided free of charge on request at reception.
Arsène’s Little Snack
Fancy a meal out whilst on holiday? Our snack bar and restaurant, Le P’tit Creux d’Arsène, is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The restaurant’s interior, the terrace and the toilets are wheelchair accessible.
This means you can make the most of this welcoming area of the campsite, both indoors and on the terrace.
Swimming pools: what you need to know
Our swimming pool area is wheelchair accessible right up to the edge of the pool.
The footbath is wheelchair-accessible and its length ensures that the wheels are thoroughly disinfected.
However, the pool itself is not wheelchair-accessible: access requires climbing a step, and we do not currently have suitable equipment for getting into the water.
We would like to clarify this point so that you can plan your stay with full knowledge of the facts.
Play area and Sunny Club
Our Sunny Club has an access ramp enabling wheelchair users to enter the building. However, the outdoor path leading to the Sunny Club is on grass, which may make access more difficult depending on the conditions and the type of wheelchair used.
Access to our children’s play area is also via a grassy path. It cannot therefore be considered fully wheelchair-accessible.

Getting around the campsite
Access conditions may vary depending on the different areas of the campsite, and some paths are on natural or grassy surfaces.
If you have difficulty getting about, please do let us know when you make your booking. We can provide you with information about the layout of the campsite and, as far as we are able, offer you accommodation or a pitch that is conveniently located for access to the main facilities.
